Catching Up!

Our family has been busy lately!!! Here are some of the things that has been going on in our life, and the reason why I have not been able to post in a while.

On Monday, April 28th, Mom, Silas, Micah, and I went to visit our grandparents down south in Fort Myers. We had a great time, then left Thursday.

We were able to visit the beach! Not much of a sunset, but we still had a great time!

Our grandma bought us all new Sketchers shoes! This was such a treat and a blessing for sure!

On Wednesday night, us kids and mom were able to sing at the Winkler Road Baptist church, where my grandparents attend services. It was special, especially since I love serving the Lord through singing!

The day after we got back from Fort Myers, on a Friday, I repacked and then left for a ladies' conference our church's ladies enjoy every year. The speaker was a blessing and we made some fun memories!

Well, after coming back from the ladies' conference that Saturday, we had a busy day on Sunday, then Monday, the 5th, was my birthday! We packed (again!) that morning and went to a conference in GA, at Countryside Baptist Church till Wednesday. Boy, did we have a great time! It was such a refreshing time, especially since we got to spend time with some of our favorite preachers. And, us younger three even got to sing in the youth choir.

The night before we celebrated my birthday with funnel cakes. Thanks, Dad and Mom, for making them!

I do not know if this will process, but this is a short clip of us singing in the youth choir!

If the video did not work, here is a picture of us in the youth choir instead. : )

After we left this conference on Wednesday, the days were busy until we had to pack again for a short trip to GA, this time for a funeral. A good friend of our family's and an influential part in the starting of Victory Springs passed away. While the service was a blessing, we will certainly miss that special person.

So, that is what we have been up to lately! Hopefully, I will be able to post again soon, to continue the Biblical Femininity series!
